Last year, students participated in the 30 day kick challenge to give them something to do while stuck at home during various quarantines and at home learning. This year, we are live and inviting you to do the 30 day kick challenge with us!
This is easy to do, fun and something the entire family can do. There are 3 levels of kicks that we suggest but you can pick any: Easy, medium, difficult: The easy kick is the front kick, medium is either the round house kick or what we call a double kick. The difficult kick is any spin kick.
Time yourself for 30 seconds on any type of kick and then mark that down. For the week, circle your highest score for each level of kick you are doing. At the end of 4 weeks, hopefully your score improves. Don’t worry if you miss a day, just make it up next time.
Interested in more difficulty? Look up on the internet some of the kicks listed in the picture! Students should turn their kick results in at the end of the month for a chance at winning a prize.
If your child is not a student you can do this anyway and bring it to us for a special prize during enrollment! Have fun!
